 Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-oriented Sales Executives to lead our outreach efforts under the School Collaboration Program and other educational services. This role involves visiting schools, engaging with decision-makers, and driving institutional partnerships on behalf of URJA INSTITUTE.

 Key Responsibilities:

 Visit schools and pitch URJA INSTITUTE’s School Collaboration Program and other offerings.
 Conduct one-on-one meetings, seminars, and demos for school principals or administrators.
 Generate, manage, and convert leads into successful collaborations.
 Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure smooth onboarding of partnered schools.
 Prepare basic reports and share feedback with the team.
 Uphold professionalism and act as a brand ambassador in the field.

 Qualifications & Skills Required:

 Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
 Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
 Confidence in dealing with school authorities and educators.
 Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
 Comfortable with travel and field work in your local region.
 Basic knowledge of email, WhatsApp, and mobile-based reporting.
